TIAS FlightScanner is an air booking solution designed to boost agent profits and improve customer service. There are no special programs or readers required, users simply click on a brochure link and the brochure downloads directly to your desktop. TIAS Insurance
The TIAS insurance application allows travel agents and insurance brokers to issue and manage travel insurance policies online, as well as enabling travel insurance suppliers to electronically manage their product offering. Following extensive industry research, TIAS released a new, leading edge, internet based insurance booking engine offering enhanced functionality via a dynamic, user friendly, highly intuitive graphical user interface. The new application enables travel agents to quickly and easily issue insurance policies from over 10 major insurance companies including QBE, AUA, Aussietravelcover, Compusure, OAMPS, Cover-More, Mike Henry and others. Direct Connections
Direct Connections provides travel agents with access to the products and services of participating tour wholesalers and consolidators. The system connects agents directly into suppliers’ reservation systems in order to obtain fare information, availability details and create bookings. Direct Connections plays an important role in supporting the distribution strategies of Australia’s major wholesalers including Qantas Holidays, Travel Corporation, Tassie Temps, Garuda Orient Holidays, Concorde Fares and many others.

TIAS TIPS
TIPS (Travel Industry Payment System) is a travel industry specific electronic payment system that allows travel agents and suppliers to process payments to each other. The system is secure, easy to use, low cost and convenient, creating time and cost efficiencies for users. To create further cost efficiencies, TIAS implemented major enhancements to TIPS, including a new supplier web interface. These enhancements enable suppliers to speed up their commission and refund processes by allowing multiple payments to be processed in bulk rather than individually. Users can also generate payment reminders, create detailed reports of payments made and received, bank reconciliations and travel supplier and agency lists. A “read-only” version allows travel agents to receive commission payments directly into their accounts as well as receive payment reminders and view reports. The enhancements received positive industry feedback and Australia’s biggest tour wholesaler, Qantas Holidays now uses the system to process refunds and commissions to TIPS Agents.
